Royal Society of Portrait Painters Annual Exhibition 2015 prize was won by Claire Anscomb for Veil, her avant-garde portrait of her friend combined with a self-portrait. The resulting drawing is remarkable in its attention to detail which on inspection is hard to believe it is not a reproduction.
